Presented by the VOW Foundation. Learn about overdoses from opioids and how to save a life with NARCAN nasal medication. Training and Kit with NARCAN medication will be supplied free of charge. Everyone is encouraged to learn about and carry this lifesaving medication.
The VOW Foundation was named in honor of Victor Orlando Woolson who died, at the young age of 19, in August, 2012, from a fatal reaction to synthetic marijuana.
