About the book: The Summer of Christmas. July is a great time to celebrate Christmas! In the wild world of making a TV Christmas movie, a hot and sunny upstate New York summer becomes a winter wonderland, overnight. But as cool as the fake snow is, when the real life hero gets tangled up with the movie star, the screenwriter grapples for control of the story, and the fans become a hazard to life and limb, it'll take a Christmas miracle to pull everyone together.
About the authors: Juliet Giglio and Keith Giglio are a husband-wife screenwriting duo who met cute in an elevator while attending NYU Grad Film school. Their produced films include most recently Reba McEntire’s Christmas in Tune, Dear Christmas, A Very Nutty Christmas, and Christmas Reservations. Other credits include Disney’s Tarzan, Pizza My Heart, Return to Halloweentown, Joshua, and A Cinderella Story. Juliet and Keith are both professors who teach screenwriting at SUNY Oswego and Syracuse University, respectively. They divide their time between Syracuse and Sag Harbor.
