Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Guided Snowshoe Hike (Amboy)

Educators will go over the basics of snowshoes, then the group will head out on their hike. This is a great program for those looking for a peaceful, morning walk in the woods. Participants may bring their own snowshoes or borrow the facilities – there is no additional fee to use the Center’s snowshoes.
If there is not enough snow to snowshoe, the group will go out for a winter hike and learn about winter ecology.
$4 per person to participate in the hike; $12 per family. Kids 3 and under are free.
