Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."

John and John's Bike and Skateshop is hosting our 2nd annual Oswego Skate Contest. We will begin with an opening ceremony followed by a best line contest, music then a best trick contest. With the help of many beloved local business sponsors we have a $2,400 prize pool available for the winners. A total of $1500 is up for Best Trick and a total $900 is up for Best Line. This is a FREE and unique event for the whole family.
Best Trick Payouts: 1st - $750.00, 2nd - $500.00, 3rd - $250.00
Best Line Payouts: 1st - $400.00, 2nd - $300.00, 3rd - $200.00
There will be a great variety of local vendors setup as well as a few food trucks for when guests get hungry/thirsty.
Local reggae band, Natural Medicine, will be playing 2 full sets at 3pm and 6pm.
Skater sign ups will be the day of the event at 10am.
