Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
This is an exciting geocaching program where participants go on an outdoor adventure to discover hidden caches somewhere at the Amboy 4-H Environmental Education Center. Using GPS coordinates, participants will act as treasure hunters and search for the four lucky caches. It's a fun and engaging way to connect with the outdoors, test navigational skills, and experience the joy of discovery. Participants are able to use their personal smartphone and the official Geocaching app or borrow a GPS unit from the Center for the duration of the program.
The fee for this program is only $4 per person, or $12 for a family. Children under the age of three are free! The recommended age for this program is 7+.
