Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
It’s the event we wait for all year — Meowy Christmas!
The cats are purring, the dogs are tail-wagging, and our volunteers are ready to unleash a whole day of holiday fun to support our adoptable animals.
Pounce through our Silent Auction and Basket Raffles — where there’s truly something for every human, feline, and canine on your list. Whether you’re shopping for stocking stuffers or the big wow-gift, we’ve got treasures that will make you say “meow-velous” and “howl-i-day perfect!”
Then follow your nose to our Chili Bar , where you can sample a flight of chili to taste every flavor, or dive into chili nachos — comfort food guaranteed to make tails wag. Don’t forget the Bake Sale — the cats swear it smells better than catnip in there.
Wander into our Howliday Room , stocked with new and gently used Christmas décor to get your home festive and furry-friendly. From twinkly lights to cozy décor, it’s the perfect place to deck the paws!
And of course… the most magical moment of all:
Pictures with SANTA from 11am to 2pm! Printed photos for $5 donation!
Bring your pets, your kids, or the whole pack — Santa is ready for every whisker, wag, and warm holiday smile.
To top it off, several of our adoptable cats and dogs will be attending, hoping to find the gift they’ve been dreaming of: a forever home for the holidays.
