The iHeart Community Calendar
Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."

Whether you are just getting started or are already familiar with birds, this program is a welcoming space to learn, enjoy, and contribute to science. Beginners will glean tips on identifying common backyard birds. Everyone will count the birds they see as part of the Project Feederwatch community science program. Visitors can expect to see 5 to 14 species of birds during their visit, depending on the weather and the length of time they watch.
This indoor program is best for ages 7 to adult.
Visitors are welcome to take photographs at this program, and are encouraged to stay for the Guided Nature Walk at 11 am.
