Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."

This multi-session program, designed primarily for beginning and relatively new farmers, will cover the essential elements of establishing and maintaining a successful farm operation — from conducting market research and obtaining licenses to managing cash flow and analyzing financial performance.
Rather than formal instruction, this first session creates space for farmers to connect with one another — because some of the most valuable business advice a new farmer can receive comes directly from peers with firsthand experience.
For more information about the series, including registration details, visit the CCE Oswego website at https://thatscooperativeextension.org/events/2026/05/12/farm-business-development-management-workshop-series, or contact Jason Stone, Agriculture Economic Development Specialist, at 315-963-7286 ext. 203 or jgs274@cornell.edu.
