The 2026 Oswego County 4-H Spring Clinic will be held May 30th at Harmony Rider’s Association,104 Shetler Rd PO Box 527 Parish, NY, 13131. The day will be filled with expert clinicians in all fields of the equestrian industry. Whether you are a beginner rider or an experienced one, there will be classes for you to help you improve your own skills. Do not miss this wonderful opportunity to learn and expand your horse knowledge.

All registrations with money are due at the office by May 20th and will be accepted first come, first served. REGISTER EARLY! Horses can be trailered at the event. The cost for Saturday is $10.00 per 4-H member. Chaperones do not pay. Each youth needs a designated chaperone on site during the day. More details, risk forms, permission slips and workshop sign-ups will be sent out following registration. All horses must have a negative coggins and rabies certificate available on site. Horses must be vaccinated for rabies at least 14 days before the clinic (no later than May 16th). Your current ownership papers must be on file at the 4-H office. Current rider evaluations are also required. If you do not have a current evaluation on file at the 4-H office, or are changing your riding level or horse, evaluations will be done Saturday morning of the event.
