Write a commentRiverside Artisans is offering a unique Mother’s Day Paint Party for daughters of all ages to have a “Date with Mom” on the afternoon of Saturday, May 13 in the Canal Commons Community room at 193 W 1st Street, Oswego. This mother/daughter paint party provides the opportunity to spend some quality time together while you create your own masterpieces and memories.
Bonnie Miller Trovato-Sommers will be the painting instructor for this event. Participants will paint Bonnie’s beautiful spring scene with bright blossoms and damsel flies flitting through the warm air.
Children of all ages and their mothers are welcome at this special afternoon session, from 1-3 p.m. Snacks to pass are welcomed. A fruit punch provided. The cost is $35 dollars for a mom and one child, and includes all materials. Brushes, paints, canvases, aprons and easels will be provided. Participants need only to bring their own refreshments.
There is a $10 dollar extra charge for each additional child mom brings with her. Sign up at the store with a $10 dollar deposit.
