Write a commentId like to let the community know what an amazing town we do live in.
Tonight my bf went to get diner from Azteca and saw the same man trying to stay dry and warm from the cold inside a doorway. He was very clearly on some hard times but trying. The man asked if he could work for a dollar to get some soup.He got him a bite to eat from Azteca and they served it up just as beautifully as if it were for him.(He told them it was for the gentleman outside.)
When he got home we threw together as much as we could and he went to bring it to him to find that Azteca hired him, put him up for the night, and are taking him to get new clothes for his new job and some food, as well.
Our family did our best but we didn't have enough to do what Azteca did. They got warm place a phone, clothes, and a job to someone who was doing his best to survive.
I'm so proud to be their patron and to lift them up for everything they did for this gentlemen tonight.
If anyone sees this please show some support to a real community based restaurant that cares not only for the patrons of their establishment but the ones who can't afford to be patrons.
My whole heart is feeling blessed for this person tonight. And I'd like to encourage all to bring anything you can to help shelters especially during these colder months to come.
