     Adirondack Physical & Occupational Therapy, located at 127 East First Street in Oswego, NY is now a participating provider with TRICARE Healthnet Services for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services.

     Adirondack Therapy has offices in three Upstate NY locations; Canton, Watertown, & Oswego, and has been serving the Oswego community since 2006. Therapists are proud to provide one to one personalized care to each and every patient, with a focus in manual therapy and specialty services. Adirondack's Brain Injury program provides speech, occupational & physical therapy services to stroke and brain injured patients, as well as concussion management. Hand therapy is also provided. Michele R King has specialized in rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder since 2004 and fabricates custom hand splints for pre and post surgical conditions. All orthopedic conditions of the spine, hip, knee and foot, as well as sports injuries are also treatment by Sneha Khetawat, MS. PT. Stephanie Walker, SLP specializes in speech and swallowing disorders for neurological and pediatric patients.

     According to Michele King, owner and practice manager, "We are excited to be able to provide our outpatient therapy services to those in our community that have served our county, as well as their family members. Our concussion management program is premier and will be a great benefit to those who are coming home from active military duty due to a mild traumatic brain injury." Concussion can be very debilitating with symptoms varying from head aches to blurred or doubled vision, irritability, decreased concentration and memory, sleep disturbance, and cervical pain. Adirondack Therapists work one on one with patients to reduce these symptoms, and get patients back to sports, work and life.
