She was born in Oswego and was the daughter of Charles Murphy and the late Kim Ann Nelson.
She had been employed at Oswego Wire.
She is survived by her stepfather Zeanus VanHorn of Oswego, one son Logan Reed Nelson of Oswego, one brother Bradney VanHorn of Florida and several nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours. Graveside services will be held Wednesday in Rural Cemetery.
Arrangements are by the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
