Born in Mount Vernon, NY, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Helen (Pellicio) Barone.
She was a graduate of Oswego State University. She worked locally as a Piano Teacher and also owned a studio in Queens, NY. She wrote and composed music and hymns. She enjoyed spending time with her friends.
Surviving are her husband, Brian Wilking; a brother, John (Lynn) Barone, of Mount Vernon, NY; a sister, Jody (Richard) Serarro, of Vermont; her niece and nephew Leah and Rick.
Calling hours will be held 2-4 p.m. Thursday, with a service to follow, at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego.
