Born in Oswego, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Katherine (Murray) Biddlecom.
She was employed at Montgomery Ward and the Oswego Shade Cloth and SUNY Oswego.
She enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family and grandchild.
Surviving is her daughter, Kathleen (Richard) Stephenson, of Minetto; a sister, Teresa (Ronald) Guile, of Oswego; her beloved granddaughter, Amy Stephenson; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Chatterson.
Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m., Tuesday, July 16, from St. Paul's Church.
Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held from 4-7 p.m., Monday, at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.
