He was born in Newark, NY .
Mr. Dolan was the husband of Jean E. Buskey Dolan.
He had been employed for many years with Northern Ready Mix as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers.
Mr. Dolan was a veteran of the US Air Force.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Dolan is survived by one son Patrick (Tonya) Dolan of Parish, one daughter Kathy (Dan) Vandermark of Oswego, seven grandchildren, Daniel Vandermark, Matthew Vandermark, Patrick Dolan, Jr., Chelsea Dolan, Cody Dolan, Bradley Bartlett, Michael Bartlett and four great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a son Roger A. Dolan who died in September 2013.
Funeral service are private, Burial will be in Rural Cemetery at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
