The Food Service team from Bishop's Commons at St. Luke, led by Director Stacia Steinbach will be adding a little spice to the Warm Up Oswego Festival this weekend when they enter their favorite recipe in the Chili Cook-Off competition taking place on Saturday.
The Chili Cook-Off will be held from 1:00-3:00pm at King Arthur's Suites in downtown Oswego, and is one of the many activities taking place as part of the 10th Annual event. Competitors will hope that their batch of chili will receive the most votes and be crowned the "best around"- which will mean bragging rights for at least a year.
While Steinbach won't divulge all of the ingredients going into her batch that she hopes will make the Bishop's Commons chili entry an award winner, but she did say she it might include plenty of peppers for a little heat!
