Last year's Chili Cook-Off Competition winners will be back to defend their title at the 11th Annual Warm Up Oswego Festival this Saturday. The Festival features family-friendly events found both indoors and outdoors in the downtown area.
Indoor events will be held at the Elim Grace Church, 340 West 1st Street with the event culminating with a fireworks display by Pyrotecnico, over the Oswego River behind the YMCA beginning at 6:00pm.
