Bonnie R. Sherwood, 66, of Oswego, passed away September 4, 2015 at the Oswego Hospital.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Lucille (Tanner) Neild. She and her husband owned and operated Scriba Lane Redemption Center on 104 East. Bonnie retired from Topps Supermarket as a Front End Supervisor. She enjoyed traveling to Florida, shopping and going to flea markets and she enjoyed playing Bunco with her many friends.
Surviving are her husband Donald F. Sherwood; two daughters, Candy (Richard Greene) Cowan of Liverpool; Donna Gomon, of New Haven; a son, Timothy (Deborah) Sherwood of Camden; two sisters, Barbara Neild Fitzgerald of Oswego; Verna Kelly of Tully; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a son, Terry Shear; a sister Brenda Church and a brother Gene Neild.
Calling hours will be held 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, with a service to follow, at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego.
