Write a commentCommunity members are invited to a fun night of Bunco on Thursday, March 9, at the Hibernians Club on Munn Street in Oswego. All proceeds from the event will go toward the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.
Activities will run from 6-9 PM. Interested players can register individually, in groups of eight, or in groups of 16. In addition to prizes for the winners, there will also be door prizes, raffles, refreshments, and a cash bar.

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is dedicated to raising funds to support life-saving research for cures to childhood cancers. In 2016 alone, over 60,000 volunteers “braved the shave” at more than 1300 different fundraising events worldwide, raising over $40,000,000.
At last year’s Oswego event, more than 120 shavees helped raise $72,500. This year’s 11th annual St. Baldrick’s Day in Oswego fundraiser is set for Sunday, March 26.
