Carol was born in Oswego the daughter of Lawrence and Nina (Walker) Regan of Fulton.
She was a loving wife and mother, always taking care of her family and her parents. Carol would utilize all her free time reading, or doing arts and crafts, which she found relaxing.
Carol is survived by her husband of 32 years Charles A. Ward of Fulton, their son James (Heather) Ward of Fulton and grandson Jaxton. In addition to her parents Lawrence and Nina Regan of Fulton, she is also survived by her brothers Calvin Regan of Fulton, Lawrence Regan Jr of Fulton, sister Sandra Regan Ward of Fulton, and several nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers in law.
Burial will be private. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:00 at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd. St. S Fulton.
