Write a commentCentral Square School District student Abigail Sundet has earned a commendation from the 2025 National Merit Scholarship Program, Paul V. Moore High School Principal Dr. Heidi Sweeney has announced.
Sundet, a senior, was presented with their Letter of Commendation from the school and National Merit Scholarship Corporation, which conducts the program.
About 34,000 commended students throughout the nation are being recognized for their exceptional academic promise. Commended students placed among the top 50,000 students who entered the 2025 competition by taking the 2023 PSAT.
“We are incredibly excited for Abigail and all of their hard work paying off,” said Sweeney. “It takes a lot of effort, determination and time commitment to earn this award, and Abigail is no exception. They should be very proud.”
