Neil Mathews, founder and owner of Certified Canine Services was a recent guest of Dr. Richard Tesoriero, President Elect of the Oswego Rotary Club. Certified Canine Services specializes in basic and advanced obedience, dog behavior, personal protection, basic police K-9, tracking and scent discrimination. Mathews has been training dogs professionally for over 17 years and has personally trained over 4,000 dogs himself. The mission at Certified Canine Services is to help owners create the type of relationship and bond with their dog they only dreamed of. The facility is located in Pulaski NY.
