"We will also be there during Harborfest," Shattuck added. Oswego Harborfest runs Thurs, July 25, through Sunday, July 28.
The mobile gourmet catering truck rolled out at the end of June and the partners said it has been busy ever since.
"One of our new signature sandwiches is called the 'Porky Cheese'," Shattuck said. "It is a pulled pork sandwich with sautéed apples and onions and melted cheese. We passed out samples Thursday and people were digging it!"
