Write a commentCharles M. Skinner, 79 of Oswego passed away Tuesday evening, November 4, at his home.
Mr. Skinner was born in Pulaski and was the son of the late Robert and Elida Weideman Skinner. He was the husband of Nancy Scott Skinner. Mr. Skinner had been employed with various trucking companies in the Central New York area.
In addition to his wife he is survived by one brother William (Carmella) Skinner of Oswego, four stepchildren, Deborah Diaz, Susan Iocco both of Florida, Judy (Doug) Darling of Williamson, Scott (Kristine) Malone of Wallkill and one granddaughter, Bobbi Kennedy. He was predeceased by two sisters Jean Skinner and Betty Skinner and his son Robert Skinner.
Memorial services will be 11:00AM Saturday November 8, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, West River Road (across from Battle Island), Fulton, NY 13069. There will be a calling hour beginning at 10:00 AM at the same location.
