Born in Syracuse NY, the son of the late Thomas and Marianne (Boyle) Calvarese. He was also predeceased by a nephew, Benjamin Swistak.
Chris is survived by the love of his life, Shannon (Conzone) Calvarese; his step-sons Jerrett Harter and Anthony Harter; his siblings, Wendy Daniels, Melissa (Daniel) Swistak, Amy Dunn, Mollie (Robert) LaPine, and Edward (Janet) Calvarese; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Joann Conzone; his sister-in-law, Keri (Jay) McMillan, his brother-in-law, Joseph Conzone Jr.; and many nieces and nephews who loved their Uncle Chris.
Chris loved the outdoors. When not working in his barn, he was riding his Harley, hunting, fishing, or watching the races with his family and friends. He was a fixer of all things large or small. If he didn’t know how to fix it, he would YouTube it to find out. Chris was always there to lend a helping hand.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30m Friday at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 592 South Main Street in Central Square, NY
Calling hours will be held from 6:30pm to 9:00pm Thursday, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East Second Street in Oswego.
