The SUNY Oswego Small Business Development Center will present an online business training course from Jan. 14 to March 2. The course, which has a Jan. 10 registration deadline, will provide guidance and support to individuals interested in starting or expanding a small business.
The program consists of several weeks of online learning modules designed to guide the entrepreneur through many aspects of starting and running a small business. At the end of the course, participants will possess the basic knowledge and tools necessary for operating a successful small business, organizers said.
Topics will include business planning, accounting and tax issues, business law, marketing and other basic startup concepts.
