Scholarships in the amount of $2,000 were recently presented to Oswego County P-TECH alum Nikolas Strong and Anthony Harter by Constellation to assist in their pursuit of higher education.
Strong, from Central Square, plans to attend SUNY Oswego in pursuit of a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in the fall. Harter, from Oswego, is currently interning at Nine Mile Point and is currently enrolled in the Electrical Engineering program at SUNY Oswego as well as interning with Constellation.
CiTi Administrator of Workforce Development & Community Relations Brian Heffron said: “We are incredibly proud of these students for receiving this prestigious scholarship from Constellation. This achievement not only highlights the dedication and hard work of our CiTi students but also the robust support and guidance provided by our industry partners in the community. This scholarship will open doors for Nik and Anthony to advanced STEM education, further empowering his ability to innovate and excel in his future career. We are grateful to Constellation for their commitment to nurturing the next generation of STEM leaders.”
