To the citizens of Granby, I am thrilled and eager to serve you, working tirelessly to enhance communication and strengthen the bond between our local government and the public. Education is the foundation of our society, and I am committed to collaborating with the Fulton City School District, Hannibal School District, and Cato School District to enhance educational offerings in Granby. Together, we can build strong partnerships to ensure our students receive a comprehensive education, empowering them with the skills needed for success in today's world.
As we know, small businesses are the lifeblood of our local economy, and I am passionate about supporting their growth and development. I will actively work with our small business owners to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary resources and support. By leveraging existing services and exploring new avenues, we can create an environment that encourages entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic prosperity. Together, we will attract new businesses, generate employment opportunities, and ensure a vibrant and diverse business community in Granby.
Community events play a crucial role in fostering a sense of togetherness and belonging. I am excited to bring new and exciting opportunities to our community, organizing events that cater to both our youth and adults. These events will serve as a platform for residents to connect, celebrate our shared heritage, and build lasting relationships. By strengthening our community ties, we can create a sense of unity and pride that will carry us forward.
In addition, I am thrilled to collaborate with government officials in Granby: John Snow Jr., Granby Town Supervisor; Granby Town Highway Superintendent Daniel E. Duncan; Granby Town Council Member Eric Clothier; Town Justices Francis Doyle III and Honorable Lesley Schmidt; Youth Leader Brown, Jennifer, Summerville, Jacob; and Town Historian to achieve, as well as the municipal governments of the City of Fulton, the Town of Oswego, and the City of Oswego. By working together, we can create an environment that promotes effective governance, improved communication, and a more cohesive approach to community development and our shared goals.
