Crystal Van Horn, 58, a former resident of Tug Hill Road in Oswego, passed away Tuesday, at St. Luke Nursing Home.
Crystal was born in Oswego, the daughter of the late Zeanus Van Horn Sr. and Georgietta (Dawson) Van Horn Gorman. She was a life resident of the area.
For 13 years, she worked as a CNA at Sunrise Nursing Home in Oswego. She had also worked as a cashier at the Granby Walmart.
She is survived by a daughter, Sonya (Chad) Bean of Oswego; a son, Michael (Angela DeSalvadore) Van Horn of Oswego; four brothers, Joey, Larry, Zeke Jr. and Jeff; six sisters, Ruth, Brenda, Linda, Cindy, Valerie and Wendy; 10 grandchildren, Emily, Allison, Savannah, Austin, Shyanne, Collin, Letty, Chadwick Jr, Tiffany, and Robert; one great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Marie; and many neices and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 to Noon Tuesday, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East Second Street in Oswego.
Burial will be in Rural Cemetery.
