He was born in Oswego and was the son of the late John and Louise Sawyer Hammond.
Mr. Hammond is survived by two brothers, Gary (Debbie) Hammond and William (Tammy) Hammond both of Oswego.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a brother John Hammond.
Calling hours will be Monday July 15, from 4-6PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
