     Kelly Sullivan, SPHR, of Core Skills, True Impact (CSTI) will show you how to dazzle your clients with top-notch customer service at the next Women's Network for Entrepreneurial Training's (WNET) monthly breakfast meeting, Thursday, December 5th, 8 a.m. at the SUNY Oswego Phoenix Center in the Oswego County Industrial Park, Phoenix (exit 14, State Route 481). In this workshop, you will learn strategies for creating a relationship with your customers that will keep them coming back. You can't afford to miss this!

     Kelly Sullivan is a strategic consultant, trainer, and catalyst for change. In business since 1996, she has worked with manufacturers, universities, service-sector businesses and non-profit organizations to help them harness the potential of their people.
     A certified MBTI facilitator and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Kelly has helped organizations develop employees, build skills, execute strategy, enhance leadership capability, improve collaboration and cultivate customer relationships; all leading to gains in key business metrics.
     Through networking, presentations and information sharing, WNET provides professional development and personal growth for women business owners.
     The cost for each seminar is $12 for members and $15 for non-members. The WNET annual (Sept. 2013-Aug.2014) membership cost is $25. Each seminar includes a light breakfast.
     WNET is supported locally by Operation Oswego County, SUNY Oswego Phoenix Center, NBT Bank, BeautiControl, By Detail and The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
