In addition to his parents, Dominick is survived by his sisters, Alexis and Bella Carr; his maternal grandparents, Mary Signorile and Ryan Carr; and his paternal grandparents, Dale K. Butler and Tammy Bixler; and his great-grandmother Lucy Signorile.
Services were private.
The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego.
