Born in Oswego, Donna was the daughter of the late Donald and Millie (VanPatten) Pepper.
Donna was a loving and caring homemaker and mother to her two daughters. She deeply loved her daughters and adored her grandchildren. Donna was kind, easy-going, and wasn't judgemental. She got along with everyone she met. She was also a strong person who took everything in stride, and was sometimes a bit stubborn even! Donna loved the outdoors and always kept her bird feeders full so she could bird watch. She also loved her cats and her dog dearly.
Donna is survived by her loving daughter (who will miss her very very much and will have her mother live on in her heart every day) Mindy (Jarod) Farella, her grandchildren Gianna, Bentley, and Adrian, her companion Danny Teifke, and the father of her daughters Gerald “Jerry” Buskey.
In addition to her parents, Donna was sadly preceded in death by her daughter Kristy J. Buskey in August 2023.
There will be no services at this time. A Celebration of Life is TBD. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
