Write a commentIn recognition of National Hospice Month in November, five Oswego County restaurants are joining with the Friends of Oswego County Hospice to support Hospice patients and families in Oswego County.
Canale’s Restaurant in Oswego and Liverpool, the Blue Moon Grill in Fulton, The Bake Shop Eatery in Mexico, Fajita Grill in Oswego and Jimmie James BBQ will all be donating a portion of one day’s sales to Hospice.
Jimmie James BBQ (Scriba location only) will host the first “Hospice-tality” Day Monday, Nov. 2 for dine-in lunch and dinner. A benefit coupon is required; visit the Friends of Hospice Facebook page for a copy.
Canale’s will host the second “Hospice-tality” Day on Tuesday, Nov. 10 during lunch and dinner in both Oswego and Liverpool (coupon needed).
For the first year, The Bake Shop Eatery in Mexico will host Wednesday, Nov. 18 from 4 to 9 p.m. All menu items included (coupon shared on the Friends of Hospice Facebook page).
The fourth “Hospice-tality” event will be Monday, Nov. 23 at Fajita Grill in Oswego from 5 to 9 p.m. (no coupon required). The Blue Moon Grill wraps up the events on Monday, Nov. 30 for lunch and dinner (no coupon required).
The Friends of Oswego County Hospice is a not for profit organization committed to supporting Oswego County Hospice in assisting terminally ill patients and their families. Money raised by Friends provides resources and supplies to patients and their families, maintains the Hospice volunteer program and funds Camp Rainbow of Hope, a bereavement program for children who have experience loss of a loved one.
