While tacos and burritos were not on the menu at Fort Ontario in 1899 when this photograph was taken outside the Enlisted Men's Barracks, they certainly will be -- along with other tasty Mexican dishes -- at the Fort Ontario fundraiser at the Oswego Fajita Grill from 5 to 9 p.m. on Monday, May 11. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Friends of Fort Ontario to support programming at Oswego's landmark historic site. Fajita Grill is located at 244 State Route 104 West.
