We have the IRS 1040 and 1040-SR forms and the 1040 and 1040-SR instructions. Pull up in front of the big doors on East 2nd Street across from the County Courthouse, call us to request tax forms and instructions, and we’ll put them on the table for you to take. Other forms are available upon advance request with a limit of 10 pages printed.
New York State tax forms and instructions are expected in three weeks near the end of February.
Curbside pickup is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Books, magazines, books on CD, and movies are available. Copy and print services are limited to 10 pages a week. Call 315-341-5867 then put the material to be copied in a bag, with your name on it, on the table in front of the library. Staff will call you back when the copies are done and then bring them out to the table. Wait until the staff are back inside before picking up your free copies. The Oswego Public Library is at 120 E 2nd St in Oswego across from the County Courthouse.
