Fenlon retires after 35-year career with Oswego County Youth

     The Oswego County Legislature's Human Services Committee presented Kathleen Fenlon with a certificate of appreciation for her 35 years of service.

     Fenlon is retiring from her position as director of the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau. She received a standing ovation from legislators and guests at the March 14 Legislature meeting.
