Frederick A. Crisafulli, 91, a resident of Munn Street in Oswego, passed away Sunday, at Seneca Hill Manor.

Mr. Crisafulli was born in Oswego, the son of the late Joseph and Josephine (Calderone) Crisafulli.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy, and the United States Marine Corps.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed as the City of Oswego Tourism Director.

He had also worked, for many years, as a chef at The 1850 House Restaurant in Oswego. In addition, Mr. Crisafulli served as the City of Oswego Harbormaster.

He was a member of the Oswego Elks Club, the Oswego Rotary Club, and the Charles C. Crisafulli Post in Oswego.

Mr. Crisafulli was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church, where he also served as an usher.

He is survived by his wife, Eleanor (Wells) Crisafulli of Oswego; a son, Frederick Charles Crisafulli of Long Beach, California; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by five brothers, James, Francis, Charles, Michael and Joseph Crisafulli; and three sisters, Mary Crisafulli, Josephine Crisafulli, and Margaret Mercier.

A Memorial Mass will be held in the spring in St. Mary’s Church

Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.

There will be no calling hours.
