Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) is proud to acknowledge and express its sincere gratitude to Fulton Savings Bank for their invaluable support as a Premiere Silver Level Sponsor of the "Thrive in '25: From Hardship to Hope" initiative.

Fulton Savings Bank's commitment extends to being a key partner in two of OCO's vital fundraising events: the Glow for OCO Night Golf Tournament on August 15th at Tamarack Golf Club and the Giving Thanks Food & Beverage Pairing event on November 14th at the Lake Ontario Conference and Event Center. These events are integral to "Thrive in '25," an initiative dedicated to raising funds that enable OCO to continue offering critical programs in education, crisis services, and mental health support throughout Oswego County.

“The board and employees at Fulton Savings Bank are pleased to support OCO through these sponsoring events that will bring much needed support to our community’s most marginalized populations, said Fulton Savings Bank Vice President of Human Resources & Marketing Laurie A. Smith. “We recognize how critical this work is, particularly at this time.”

"Partnering with community-minded businesses like Fulton Savings Bank makes it possible for us to fulfill our mission of empowering people, supporting communities, and changing lives," said OCO Development Coordinator Bridget Dolbear. "Their generosity as a Premiere Silver Level Sponsor significantly strengthens our ability to provide essential resources and opportunities to those who need them most."

OCO's "Thrive in '25: From Hardship to Hope" initiative aims to provide a pathway for individuals and families to move from challenging circumstances to a place of stability and growth. The support from community partners like Fulton Savings Bank is crucial to the success of these efforts.
