Hannibal Boy Scout Troop 780 Visits Washington, DC

Hannibal Boy Scout Troop 780 spent a week touring Washington, D.C.

The Troop spent the week visiting the Vietnam Memorial, the World War II Memorial, the Korean War Memorial, the Smithsonian Museum, the Holocaust Museum, the Lincoln Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, the Martin Luther King Memorial, the Boy Scout Memorial, the Museum of the American Indian, the Air and Space Museum, the Pentagon, the 9/11 Memorial, the Capital, White House and other sites in the capital.

They also participated in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery.The Troop thanks Travis Floral for assisting in making arrangements for the wreath.

In addition, the Troop enjoyed learning how to navigate the Metro system.
