She was born in Oswego and was the daughter of the late William and Laura Mason Whiting.
Janine had been employed for many years as a cook at Pontiac Nursing Home.
She is survived by Mary Elvidge of the State of Texas, Angela Kelly of Oswego, one son Tommy Bragg of Pennsylvania, one brother Arnold Whiting of Oswego, one sister Lola Barber of Oswego, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be from 12-3PM on Friday February 7, 2025 at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
