She was born in Memphis, TN the daughter of the late Lionel and Lucille Pinkston.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother to her family. Jeanette enjoyed reading a good book, traveling with her family, and relaxing watching movies.
She was predeceased by her husband Arthur W. Wills, her son Arthur W. Wills Jr, and granddaughter Aurora Dickenson.
Jeanette will forever be missed by her loving daughters Julie (Walter Mason) Bonnell of Oswego, and Jeannine (Walter Smith) Dana of Oswego. Jeanette loving being a grandmother to her beautiful grandchildren Ashley Smith, Christopher Smith, Ryan Bonnell, her step grandchildren David Mason, Tyler Stone, Daimon Mason, and her great grand daughter Onyx Dickenson. She is also survived by her sisters Ernestine, and Nellie.
Private services will be held in Riverside Cemetery. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, Oswego.
