Born in Elmira, NY, she is the daughter of Brian and Nancy (Saukas) Luke.
Kdee was a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and owned her own practice in Oswego. She loved adventure, animals, foraging, and singing. Kdee always helped others and brought joy into everyone’s life.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ryan Raflowski, her parents, Brian and Nancy Luke, mother-in-law Sokkhim (Raflowski) Doyle, brothers Thomas (Racquel) Luke and Brian Luke, brother-in-law Aleksander Raflowski, sister-in-law Megan Raflowski, and nephews Brody Jenkins and Thomas Luke.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
