Spano has a great deal of experience in making specialty coffees and has been roasting beans in Canal Commons as long as we've known her. Spano has also been doing a great deal of research on successful coffee shop business models and will be following those closely when making decisions about her own.
Right now, Spano has soft opened while she waits for some additional furniture and appliances to arrive, so getting a coffee or an iced coffee is available, right now.! More delicious coffee delicacies will be available very soon.
Hours at Monday through Saturday, 6 AM to 4 PM.
