The students at the Kingsford Park Elementary School competed for the opportunity to earn a position in this year's Scripps National Spelling Bee Regional. Advancing to the regional competition were Willow-Su Knapp, Julia Roman, Sydney DeLapp and Dane Richardson.They were congratulated by KPS Principal Mary Volkomer and coordinator and English as Second Language teacher Brian Steffen.
