Write a commentAnother set of bonuses have been added to the Budweiser International Classic Weekend purse and contingency list for both the Novelis Supermodifieds and the Pathfinder Bank SBS.
A $400 ‘Last Car Running’ Bonus will be awarded to the last car running at the conclusion of the Budweiser International Classic 200 on Sunday, September 6, while a $100 ‘Last Car Running’ bonus will be awarded to the last car running at the conclusion of the Bud Light SBS Classic 75 on Saturday, September 5.
Each bonus is being awarded in Memory of Norm and Vi Helbock, from the Oswego Classic Can-Am Camping Group.
The entry roster for the Budweiser International Classic 200 looks to be well on its way to 37 Supermodifieds, while the Bud Light SBS Classic will once again see 30 plus Small Block Supers vying for the 26 starting spots.
The Supermodifieds and Small Block Supers will time trial for their Classic events on Corr/Pak Merchandising ‘Fast Friday’, September 4. Supermodified time trials will lock in 14 racers that Friday night, with SBS time trials locking in six machines. The SBS Classic field will run heat races as well on Friday night.
The Bud Light SBS Classic 75 will be a part of Bud Light ‘Super Saturday’, September 5. The SBS main will run prior to the Bud Light ISMA Super Nationals that evening.
Second round time trials, locking in positions 15-28, for the Novelis Supermodifieds will take place on Budweiser ‘Classic Sunday’, September 6 at Noon. The Bud Light B-Main and the Budweiser International Classic will follow that afternoon.
