As part of the commemoration of the 70th year of the H. Lee White Museum and Maritime Center's National Historic Landmark World War II Tugboat, LT-5, Captain Lance Knapp will give a presentation on the history of the vessel, which served in the Normandy Invasion.

The presentation is part of the Museum's Celebrating Our WWII Heroes event set for 2 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 25. WWII veterans and their families are invited to the museum for this special recognition. To make a reservation call 315-342-0480.
