Write a commentThe Oswego Trinity United Methodist Church (UMC) welcomes everyone to its free will dinner on Sunday, September 1st from 4:30-5:30 p.m. or until gone.
The menu includes ham & scalloped potatoes, vegetable, rolls, cupcakes, and beverage.
The eat-in dinner will be served downstairs (use Utica Street entrance). Donations will be accepted, but never expected.
The next free will dinner will be Sunday, October 6th from 4:30-5:30 p.m. or until gone. The menu includes meatloaf, macaroni and cheese, vegetable, cookie and beverage. The free will dinners usually occur the first Sunday of each month starting at 4:30.
The church Nu 2 U and Bake Sale is planned for September 13 and 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a wide variety of items for sale; something for everyone. The sale (without baked goods) continues September 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and September 21 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Bag Sale (on most items) starts at 9 a.m. September 21.
A portion of the proceeds will be used to purchase socks and other necessary clothing for local elementary age students.
Anyone wishing to donate may bring the items to the church September 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or call the church for arrangements on a different day or time. Please use the East Utica entrance as the sale is downstairs.
