Over 200 supporters from Indivisible- Oswego County (IOC) lined the bridge in Oswego Saturday morning in support of our democracy. The theme on this walk was…”Protect Social Security.”
As the many cars and trucks passed by, horns were loud and clear supporting those who marched. “People are worried, angry and want to do something to combat the ongoing destruction of our government,” one marcher said.
Indivisible- Oswego County is a local grassroots community action group formed just four weeks ago by local residents. The organization has been holding public meetings which have drawn hundreds of folks from in and around Oswego County. IOC welcomes anyone who shares in wanting to protect our democratic institutions and values.
Recently, there was an article in the news which contained false information regarding IOC. Funding is totally local based. No outside individual nor group has contributed to the group's activities.
After IOC’s bridge walk, a MAGA group gathered in support of Trump-Musk-Tenney. At last count there were a total of 12 people.
